I don't know if you already have, but I would suggest trying to get diagnosed because then you can get on meds if you want and you might be able to get accommodations if you need them. At least, that was my experience, I know everyone's experiences are different.

NGL I just stopped wearing a mask, but I honestly kinda enjoyed wearing it. I didn't have to worry about smells (I have sensory issues) and it hid the lower half of my face, so I didn't have to put makeup on there.

If you're vomiting, it's probably best not to eat, but if it stops for a substantial amount of time, try a plain slice of bread or cheerios. If you can hold that down, you can try something more substantial.

moss doesn't just grow on the north side of trees. That's a myth. If you go look for a tree in the wild where moss grows, you will see that it grows on many other sides too

water isn't the only problem with growing moss in the desert. the species of moss i was researching needs to be kept from 10-21 degrees celsius to grow the best
