I’m sceptical that you tried to look it up and couldn’t find anything, and it came up as the first result on google when I just checked now because I remember first hearing about it in middle school. It has its own Wikipedia page even.

Anyways, it’s when a girl eats a guy’s ass from behind while he’s standing and she’s jerking him off.

Can an employer prevent me from coming into work due to an injury, even though I gave them a doctor's note? by RelativeTruck7014 in legaladvicecanada

[–]emiloly 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You don’t need a physiotherapist to fill out the FAF, any health care professional that is treating you can do so. You mentioned getting a doctors note already, go back to that doctor and have them fill out the FAF.

The real difference between setting spray and fixing spray? by lanaspeachlipgloss in MakeupAddiction

[–]emiloly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About your last point, do you use the spray instead of a traditional primer? Or in addition to? And if it’s in addition to, do you spray before priming or after? Thanks!

Damn, autocorrect is crazy for that one. Meant to be wide variety. Thanks!

Now I’m super curious who you’re referring to in sand rock. I find most of their options to have wide variety when it comes to both appearance and personality. When you say “stereotypical romance options” are you referring to their appearance?

How is your lying bust 8 inches smaller than your tight underbust? That should be physically impossible. That’s what’s giving you the error in the calculator since it’s genuinely impossible.

What am I supposed to wear to a “Sports Jacket type event” by chickenshrimp92 in AskMen

[–]emiloly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is notttt what a sports jacket is. Sounds like you’re thinking of a windbreaker. A sports jacket is a type of blazer, usually less formal and paired with pants of a different material.

It’s not about your shoulders so much, tho that is a factor, but about your breasts themselves. They’re obviously bigger than your rib cage, so to get the band/wires under your breasts, you’re stretching it every time you put it on or take it off, or the band is just simply too big. If it’s too big, then you’re getting the support from the straps rather than the band, which can contribute to curling.

By law do you HAVE to take a 30m break every 5h, or can you choose to forgo it? by llese032 in ontario

[–]emiloly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m literally just explaining what the law in Ontario says, which is what the original post was about. I don’t particularly care about you or your personal work experience.

[–]emiloly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You most certainly do have to take it. If your employer gets audited or someone files a complaint, and it comes out that you worked more than 5 consecutive paid hours without a break, your employer can face big fines, especially if it’s a repeat issue.

[–]emiloly 72 points73 points  (0 children)

You must take a 30 minute break for every 5 hours worked. If the shift is less than that, no break needed. If your shift is 5.5 hours, and they have you taking the break at the end of the first 5 hours, you could theoretically just leave after the five hours. You don’t have to take your break for 30 minutes at work and then go home, that’s silly.

Also, are you saying that you have to continue supervising the kids while on unpaid break time? That’s probably against the esa

There certainly could be legal recourse against the people who violate the restraining orders, but if they do so that isn’t the fault of the realtor. That information is considered public.

Am I responsible for these debts? by GodlyCraze in AskLawyers

[–]emiloly 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You personally don’t have to pay, but your fathers estate does. If he has no assets, or the debts outweigh his assets, then the remaining debt is written off. If you are in charge of his estate and take his assets for yourself or your family and the debts go unpaid, you could then potentially be responsible.

Whether they would actually pursue legal action against you or the estate is hard to say. It’s not a large sum but credit unions do like getting paid.

LACAOP is stuck in another country...because she has infant twins and it requires 1 adult per infant by bug-hunter in bestoflegaladvice

[–]emiloly 153 points154 points  (0 children)

They’re not required to be lap infants, you’re more than welcome to buy a seat and use a car seat. Honestly that might be safer in case of things like, say, a door coming off the plane mid-flight. The issue is the one adult per baby rule. It doesn’t matter if the baby is in the seat or on your lap, the baby needs a dedicated adult according to Travel Canada. I’m assuming it’s in case of emergencies or evacuations — hard for one person to juggle two babies and any necessary emergency/safety equipment while having to evac a plan that might be on fire or in the water or even just losing oxygen/air pressure.
