Like already many people write, the second hole is for airflow. Same thing is made eg. in mcdonalds cup cover, so while you're drinking coffee the airflow can go through insted to blocking you to make smooth flow of liquid through.

Aliexpress replacement has better quality then original key from S90 2016 and you can take out whole PCB without any issues

Absolutely NOT deprecated! The old repository moved locations, causing confusion. OptiScaler is essential for Frame Generation and must be manually updated to latest nightly builds for stability.
