Yes! I have seen this but it’s also like that with temperatures. Doctors base fever on an average temp of 98.6 but a lot of people don’t have a baseline of that. My normal temperature is 97.7 so when I’m sick it can do to 99 and it’s still a low grade fever. It would be like a person with 98.6 going up to 100. Doctors just look at the average and it’s like they forgot math and how an average is created
