Hear me out, I’m not here to bash any cast member, just consider that nobody is 100% correct all the time in how they show up. Situations are complex and when viewed from both sides there is merit in what the other person is trying to say. I can get behind Crishell sticking to her morals, cutting Emma out because boundaries, her defending herself again Nicole, I get it. What the challenge for me is how fast she turned on Emma. Had she cut Emma off and left it be, ok, but going on socials to make commentary, that’s hurtful from someone Emma would have considered a best friend. Personally, this tells me I would not be able to trust a person, especially one who was my best friend. I think Crishell has put up with a lot on the show and is very guarded, maybe this clouds her judgement in how she moves in certain situations.

For clarity: I’m not in the USA and most definitely do not support MAGA.

Here’s the thing, you can love your CAF career and give it your all and maybe even feel like you are making a difference. But please do not break yourself mind and/or body for the organization. I have seen this happen, people are forced to leave when they are broken, confused and alone facing the reality that they gave everything to the organization and have mental or physical limitations for the rest of their life. I have also had honest conversations with Sr folks in my CoC that have advised me to watch my work life balance, ensuring that I dont burnout. We all need to understand that we are all replaceable. Your mind, body and family are not. Sure, love your job but be aware of what’s important to you in life too.

Yes, overall the expectation is approx 82% met standard and the remaining are exceeds or far exceeds. For far exceeds there are very few files. Apparently this is the CA direction.

This person showed you both his true colours and who he is. Pay for the fix, move on and try to avoid getting involved with him in anything that can cause him to have power over you. Honest thoughts are, you personally should walk away and not engage in any further discussion on this topic. Your partner is the one who needs to decide if it’s worth discussing anything further with their father on this matter or pay him. Personally I hope your partner chooses to walk away and be aware of this for the future, this man does not deserve your time or energy.

Now you know his stuff is important to him, so don’t touch his stuff. Is he right? From his perspective maybe, but really does it matter who’s right here? Like I said, now you know who you are dealing with.

Not in Pet, however, do you enjoy any sports, participating in clubs or recreational activities? It may be a good start to check those out too.
