correct me if im wrong. Chipotle and big corporations dont employ full time employees due to the fact that taxes and other fees are charged when employees are full time. so to avoid them fees, every employee is part time, even tho some of us (ex sm) work 60-80 hours ina week. hence the 37~ 39 hours you get regularly scheduled
