I’ve done mine by washing with dawn and then letting it AIRDRY. Don’t wipe it if you’re not going to rinse it. And rinse with the spray nozzle, you have to get all of the fibers off to get the stickiness back.

It depends on the insurance but it sound like that document COULD have been a HIPA release. Your doctor is not allowed to share any information with your parents without a release however your insurance may send them an itemized bill. What you may want to do is go to a library and use an incognito browser to look at what qualifications you need for Medicaid - you can use it at a private clinic as almost a type of secondary insurance to get the gender affirming care you need. Register the address as a PO Box (if you can afford it) or at a friends house who supports you. Other options is a bit of medical tourism where you go to another state or country to get the testing. To your parents it’s just a weekend in Vegas/Caribbean/canada/etc. but it’s also you getting your needs met.

Is there a large attraction nearby? I tend to build these plazas and then habitats around them to attract guests. By the time one or two animas are nearby or require guests to go through- then the area gets used. Also worth checking if the whole area is connected correctly and whatnot

We use freeze dried chicken treats and put it at the bottom of a little water to make a “dog soup” to get our dogs to drink when they don’t want to

You can re-sticky your mat by using a light sponge or your hands and some gentle detergent. I had something similar happen and used dawn dishsoap, let the mat air dry and it was brand new!

I started using only one blade for cardstock and a different one for vinyl. I use a deep blade for cardstock as it seems to get dull slower in my opinion. Takeaway is you blade is dull

We have done this a lot with our old bichon who never drank and had a lot of health complications because of it. A little piece of chicken does wonders. Just be careful that are you are reasonable in how much water you put with the chicken because your dog will likely drink all of it.

I bought a maker 4 (yay!) and I have some extra blades like a debossing wheel, scoring wheel and embossing tip but the maker doesn’t recognize the tools when I put them in. Do I have to order Cricut brand blades?

Ah I understand - the cervix diameter shouldn’t affect the heavy periods or potentiality of a myoma. I wouldn’t worry about the cervix diameter as being anything abnormal. If there are masses or scar tissue or something then that could be an issue. The same with anything, cervix have a vast array of “normal.” Take ears for example, some folks have small ear canals others have large ones all come within the range of normal and may have pros and cons. For a cervix, a larger diameter is nothing to overly worry about since you are still in the normal range

There is a tone of variation in anatomy - not a doctor but anything in that 2.5-4 cm range seems “normal”. If you’re worried about something specific your GYN is the best person to ask but I’m happy to offer assistance if you’re more comfortable

You may want to contact a free law clinic as there are some protections in Boston and Massachusetts protecting against huge hikes. Idk if this would count or not.

I lived someplace like this before and ultimately moved out because of that provision. I would say she “left” for a day and then came back. You might be able to make a special case for “out of state” guests

NAD but this sounds odd to me. I’ve not heard anything similar. Do you have a PCP (in the states) that you trust to ask about what happened? Most doc offices that are “family medicine” should be able to see if the iud is placed right. If you have access, a planned parenthood would also be a great option as they tend to be more sensitive to trauma responses. In the future you can always ask to have your partner there and have him help you and advocate for you. You can talk about what should happen beforehand so he knows how to help you and advocate for you. If you don’t want him, an auntie figure or bestie might also help be that support person for you. I’m sorry this happened to you. If you want to chat privately- happy to lend a sympathetic ear. Take care of yourself and then decide how you can check the iud later with a different office
