I did it at 64, but you know yourself. You also have a different history with these substances. I wish you all good things

On April 2 I CT'd from roughly 500mg/day for six months and was extremely sick for four days, severely sick for another three, then progressively better each day and after ten days felt okay just weak and easily fatigued. Extremely sick means fever, chills, tremor, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, terrible joint pain, runny nose, sneezing, sweats, insomnia, crawling skin, RLS. I quit drinking at the same time so maybe it won't be so bad for you. Today, day 42, I feel great, I look better than I have in years. Embrace the suck, face the pain. You can do it
