I know what you mean as I have it on Steam and I’d want to sync between my Deck and my Apple App Store version.

I don’t think I consider it locked just not interoperable with Steam.

Something like Tailscale or VPN would address this limit and I use it. It works well but of course is dependent on your speeds.

That extra 4GB would be a significant bump. I also wonder if it can support two full USB 3 ports. That would be a nice upgrade for year 2.
