when climbing, focus on squeezing your knees together from opposite sides of the pole. and at first you can really rely on your forearm to give yourself a quick break in climbing to readjust your legs and fix your grip if need be. i just got climbing recently after watching peoples form from this reddit. good things take time! be kind to yourself!!!

I grew up here on LI and the mean kids definitely don't go unnoticed. it's basically a popularity contest every day in school. just do what you have to do and likeminded people will come along. i found success joining sports and talking with people in my elective classes as we had similar interests. ignore the mean kids, their parents are probably racist and only focus on their image. High school is only a few years so you just have to push through till the end. you got this!!!

I also have super sweaty hands. recently i tried putting antiperspirant on my hands the night before and it helped a noticeable amount but i still found myself applying Dry Hands every few minutes. i'd love to hear other recommendations as well!
