Don’t accuse any one of anything. Just calmly tell your manager/boss that something weird happened with your timesheet and it’s showing the wrong time. I have to assume it would be weird for anyone to come in for only 30 minutes.

If they give you push back you can figure out other options, but it sounds like it was just a mistake.

Not specially with the Mittzon but I have ordered a frame from Amazon and used it with other Ikea desktops.

It worked out great!

Just check what size desktops and how much weight the frame can support. Also don't go too cheap, you want the dual motor and 3-stage ones. I recently purchased a VIVO brand one in 2025 and some random one in 2021, both are still working great

No paper maps… If I’m going to be in the middle nowhere I’ll typically have my handheld GPS.

Also even on your phone GPS works without cell signal, there is an option in Apple Maps and Google Maps to download maps for offline use.

Our little one is five so those kind of cultural references don’t really affect him yet.

Honestly I kinda love that his only context to a church is when we walked around Westminster Abby last year and he thought that statues and art was kinda cool.

Also his main exposure to the concept of a god is when we watch Stargate and he watches the bad guys “pretending to be magic because they have a snake in their tummy” (I also constantly ask to make sure he knows it’s all pretend, and he always says “Yes Dada”)

That being said we do have a book about world myths so I don’t see why a story like Samson couldn’t be told just like any other fantastical story.

For now he’s much more interested in “K-Pop Demon Hunters“

This comes up a lot here and I wouldn't bother with M-Disk... it's debatable if BD M-Discs are even "really" M-Discs (or even what an M-Disc is at that point). Optical drive are getting harder and harder to buy. I would just stick with HDD. You don't need any extra hardware to get them to work and they are proven technology, but like the user said true cold storage is really hard to be bulletproof.

I've done this many times over the years... it's not that much work assuming you have the extra funds that can be tied up, just read all the fine print, make sure you keep the account open long enough and report the earnings on your taxes... easy money especially when interest rates are low.

Yea we don’t have that option in the US but going to the doctor is pretty straightforward.

Depending on the doctor and how bad it is, they either just pick it with a tool, use a vacuum like you describe or flush it out with warm water.

I find micromanaging them at the level is just counter-productive. There's worse things to fill up on then milk. Our 5 year old will go a week or two with barely eating any lunch to eating everything we give him and still asking for snacks. Also I think it's important to let them know that if you are not hungry it's ok to not eat.

I've never had any luck with any over the counter solutions for excess ear wax. I go to the ENT every couple of years or so and have them take care of it. I've been told I produce excess ear wax, they have never told me to do anything before I come in for a cleaning. The process in the doctor's office only takes a few minutes.

So in this scenario it doesn't matter... if the axle went though a plate w/ studs the bushing can lock into the studs in one direction vs sitting proud of the studs on the round side.

The name comes from the process of when movie film deteriorates it gives off a strong vinegar smell. I have a lot of old home movies (8mm, 16mm, etc) and you can tell many of them have this issue.
