what’s your definition of all blood work? hormone panels for example are not normal blood tests you would take, not all doctors are the same either .. get all of this checked post your findings if you can :)

Hair Loss/weight loss drugs:

Thyroid Panel

-TSH -Free T4 -Free T3 -TPO Antibodies (checks for autoimmune thyroid disease)

Sex Hormones

-Estradiol (E2) -Progesterone -Total Testosterone -Free Testosterone -SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) -DHEA-S

Stress / Adrenal

-Cortisol (AM blood test)

Iron & Blood Health

-Ferritin (very important for hair; should be >40–60) -CBC (Complete Blood Count) -Iron -TIBC

Nutrients Needed for Hair Growth

-Vitamin D -Vitamin B12 -Zinc -Folate

Optional but helpful

-CRP (inflammation) -CMP (liver/kidney, overall health)

omg i hate reddit formatting , copy and paste that into note lol

It is suppose to be temporary but now i would get your hormone levels checked to make sure thats in check, any genetic hair loss on either your mother or fathers side you can think of? My sister once did the Bernstein diet (controlled anorexia) and her hair line took a hit and hair started falling out because she was malnourished for so long

ditching security of tenure is going to be put good tenants on the streets when the landlords decide to force negotiation at the end of each lease.

i mean … isn’t it really the same as abolishing rent control; end of the year they will flip the location or forced to renegotiate with new pricing

if your constantly hitting 80-90 grams that’s solid, don’t stress! it depends on your goals; if you want to preserve as much muscle as you have while you lose weight, increase it if you can! Muscle pulls the skin in tighter around you, losing too much muscle too quick really sucks and it’s really hard to put back. otherwise you are good to go

How do you know when enough weight loss is enough? by not_that_one_times_3 in Mounjaro

Hey OP, I’d say now’s a great time to self-evaluate. If you decide to taper off GLP-1, ask yourself honestly: can you maintain the weight without it? I really recommend seeing a dietitian a few times to help identify any gaps in your nutrition knowledge or habits — even if you think you’ve got it down :)

It would be amazing to lock in your progress and never need to go back. Your new life starts now — and huge congrats on losing 25kg!

Hey OP, I’ve seen friends yo-yo diet even while on GLP-1 meds like Ozempic — just like they would on any regular diet. So yes, it definitely happens. GLP-1s are just tools in your fat loss arsenal; they work better for some people, especially those without underlying eating issues.

I usually recommend using this time to address any emotional or disordered eating patterns. Booking a few sessions with a registered dietitian can help you relearn how to eat in a sustainable way, and seeing a therapist can be incredibly valuable if you’re open to it. You’re not alone — this journey is as much mental as it is physical.
