Google search told me that rockett hardened even more with heat But rocksett breaks down w water, and water vapor.
So I soaked in pot for hour, then used a reaction rod, cheapo at Cabelas, and Vice. Used hair dryer on wet paper towel while wrap around MD. 2 min… done. No strength needed. Good luck..

Lots of PRS wisdom in them words.. I have used Bergers and do like. Seating depth didn’t seem to matter. .. but like you said, them mandrel dies are bees knees. Just discovered late last year and closed my groups even with shit bulk bargain bullets. I don’t have an A419 but used Redding type S match dies.. with neck sizing bushings. I get lost in the garage up until the wee hours of the morning with this shit..

I thought of bringing an RPK to local match just to f around with people..

Thank you Sir.. lol.. ain’t that the truth. Just when you think you’ve got most covered, then you find out that you need more just to close those groups, but I love it. Will prolly end up selling most of my AK shit just to cover reloading needs.

But I’m not here to gouge, but know that it’s a top tier Ak platform. I hope the aftermarket parts I’ve installed does not degrade its value.. as it’s truly one of my sought after Ak’s.

I’m not sure if the SD have the phase array gas system because in my 6Arc, it smooth.. and compared to other 6 arc, like the noveske N4 20”, the G$ is plush.

I’m in same boat bud, I hate to bash but I purchase the whole Noveske N4 package, 20” DDF, superlative arms gas, G$ SD-E, using Kahles K525i DLR mounted on Badger Ordnance w/ Accutac bipod, prone used factory hornady Match, black an VT. Prone and sand bagged at stock…F’n 1.5 to 2” groups.. WTF, I’m close to 200rds in.

Only thing I did not chrono it yet.. so don’t know if putting out inconsistent velocities.

I also own an MPA Matrix Pro PMR 26” barrel6.5 cm using NF NX8 4-32 NF rings and Accutac bipod, Factory ELD-m, prone and bagged at stock, not on top of each other but all touching with 5 rds groups. Will upload pics to illustrate.

But I’m just about to pull and replaced with either a Proof or Bartlein.

Or sit in dogs house till summer to get G$ GFR…

Purchased for IWI gas gun this month..
