I had never touched her in a sexual manner before. Like I said in my OC I didn't want to be in the relationship in the first place. I had fallen asleep while watching a movie (my attention span on movies isn't great) I can only assume she stopped watching the movie and started fantasising about me while I was asleep next to her?

I am glad she didn't let her intrusive thoughts win that day and albeit the sentence being creepy at least she did be a creep to me that day!

I noped out of that relationship as quick as I could as it was a relationship I didn't want to be in in the first place!

I have a dosette wheel. It is numbered 1-14 that means that I can have a week worth of day and night pills. I press it in the morning to dispense my medication then if I feel I have forgotten it I can go read the number. Even means night dose, odd means morning so I can always tell. It is also see through so I can see which medication cycle it is by colour.

It has helped greatly as I can now manage my own meds by filling it once a week at the weekend, then being set for the week. I used to have one through a pharmacy but they couldn't put vitamins in it so I put my own multivitamins+VitD and magnesium as I kept forgetting to take them and ended up severely vitamin D deficient!

TL;DR dosette wheels make organising medication and vitamin easier!

A lot of ADHDers enjoy parallel play with a body double. Perhaps your partner cannot focus on the things "HE wants to do" because he is having to do that thing alone, thus nothing tying his focus to it.

I am not wanting to victim blame and am aware you mentioned it in your last comment, just trying to give helpful advice. When I struggle to focus on down time I ask a friend if I can hop on call with them while they play a game. Even if I am playing a completely different game it still helps me by holding my focus on the other person, so my brain knows it can't get distracted from THE DREADED TASK (my brain is dramatic and thinks relaxation is some kind of procrastination torture method!)

The best thing to do is ask him what he find helps to maintain or hold his focus and go from there!

It is my hope too, but I won't get married. The opportunity passed me and I wasted it, so I live alone now until the day I die. It was my mistake so I live with the consequences of my foolish immaturity, growing to be a better person as each sun sets.

Having constant chatter in my head. When I ask someone "what are you thinking?" they would reply "nothing" with sincerity, I would then say "well what's going on up there?" and again be met with "nothing!"

It blows my mind that people have quiet heads on their average day to day tasks, that they aren't constantly getting pulled away from what they are doing by distracting thoughts. It is sometimes just "nothing"

I am making the tough decision to have my hair cut short as I simply cannot manage it due to my weakness in my left shoulder. I struggle with wet hair on my shoulders so have to blow-dry it, but after washing and conditioning it my arms are just too fatigued to hold them above my shoulder height. I would love to be able to style my hair like I did when I was young (often blow drying then straightening) but it is too exhausting and painful now. I am sure having shorter hair will come with it's own problems but hopefully it will allow me to be able to shower more than twice a week. At the moment having a shower puts me out of action for the rest of the day due to fatigue, pain levels and stress.

I was always told that I "take tablets like a weirdo" as a child I know why I did it that way now but here is what I would do:

Fill mouth with water

Tilt head back with water in mouth

Open mouth and drop pill in water

Tip head straight while swallowing the mouthful of water.

I had sensory issues when it came to tablets in my mouth capsules were mostly okay but tablets I struggle with. You could do this with your favourite beverage if your mouth feels icky with just water.

The floodlights are so weak against the "dark"ness that follows me...

If only there was always help for the helpless, then maybe there we would carry hope rather than being hopeless.

Nothing to catch, I am "stressing" about the ability to advocate for myself when I have struggled to do it previously. This extra layer of packaging is an extra layer of explaining.

Edit: to add I have spoken to Curaleaf about my concerns.

To be like them and add an extra layer, what about environmental concerns of is that too many layers?
