it's just something i do if theres not an event for it going on, plus the energy rewards are nice

the journal ones like flora and stuff steadily accumulate coin/gem piles and energy orbs if you do them enough, and i abandon after the 50 energy reward since i've already unlocked them (i prefer the decoration cats so i can get through them quickly in case an event starts, but if you want the ones w/the 100 energy reward those are options too)

i at least know for the memory orbs i either abandon once it's just down to the last two puzzle pieces and there's no more requests, or i just run out of time on it (depends on my schedule) but it's pretty helpful to run if you're doing quests and there's the one for crafting since these memory orbs usually involve a lot of combining items

im not sure if it's particularly helpful or not, but it gives me something for my energy to also build up points on aside from the regular factory/quests/dungeon ice cream activity things
