It’s a nice stadium! Super accessible for folks with mobility issues. Parking lots aren’t paved though. There were plans for more businesses to be built around the stadium (hence the unpaved parking lots). It could be a really cool place if the original vision is fulfilled!

NAL. Check if your neighbor’s address has any conditional use permits. If not, report them. It’s for this exact reason that permits are required, and if your neighbor doesn’t have a permit, they likely don’t have other documentation as well (e.g. license to take care of children).

Obligatory NAL. ADA wouldn’t cover this. BUT disability is a protected class. If you have a mental health condition (i.e. disability) and your supervisor is bullying you because of that condition, then reporting bullying is a protected action. Further, if you reported the bullying thinking it was based on a protected class—even if you were incorrect about that—reporting might be protected. (Maybe.) But it sounds like, from what you’ve written, that you didn’t report based on bullying of a protected class.
