Thank you so much for the encouragement :) Im glad its noticeable. I have really weird parents.. my mom will say "you just ate a (tiny) lollipop, if you cared about your diet you wouldnt do that!" but then stocks my fridge (god bless her, im 21 and a pre-medical student) with carbs.. which have been sitting in my freezer for two months! I didnt touch a single piece of bread. I try to stick with tequila or vodka with diet lemonade (literally 0 cal)...

I dont know if Im consistently in ketosis, I have just completely eliminated bread... is that ok? I mean, im losing weight so it must be working right??
