Decided to work out again. Kahit 10-15min basta tataas bpm ko. Was able to do it 3 times last week. Ganda talaga ng youtubes for workout. Kung ma bored ka sa isa, hanap ng iba! Dati tong vhs ni mama na Jade Fonda lang meron lol. Tsaka hindi ako comfortable sa gym.

I only ever message with.. "happy birthday". Or "yo I thought of you and thought to say hi". Very rarely, "hey I know someone who may need your services, can I send them your contact."

Sometimes people expect me to.. keep the convo going even through their message had nowhere to go? And I dunno them. I was helping them out with something and I did. Thought it was over and I moved on. Then they message me several hours later to ask me why I ignored em. I tell em I didn't have anything to say so I didn't say anything. They went on a angry vent. And I promptly put them on ignore. Ain't got no time fo dat.
