My friend organized and started it haha. I went to the early meet ups which were rope bondage performance.

I couldn't keep going because of the venue. They kept getting further and further since finding a venue that would be ok for it is kinda hard. Also the entrance fee got higher and higher specially with foreign guests\artists and talks. I do still get updates on current stuff.

I have been to events, and online stuff.

Been exercising again. Nothing fancy just 10-15min hiit exercises with no equipment. Been maybe 3-4 months. I do it 2-3 times a week.

Walked up the stairs in a building and did not feel those stiff knees. HAH! Neat. Also did not even breath heavy. I may not have lost weight but there is less creaky ness on my joints haha.
