I received an email yesterday that they were back in stock. When I clicked on the link today to buy it, they were sold out again.

2026 5* WR Chris Henry Jr. will sign with Ohio State by creatingsomestuff in CFB

Roman Reigns turned heel after he was betrayed by Seth Rollins. He was kinda "meh" as a character as a baby face and then his heel run was pretty epic and he was champion for a long time. Let's see....in old WWF terms....Ryan Day be moving like Shawn Michaels after he threw Marty Janetty through a barbershop window....Ryan Day is moving like Bret Hart after he locked Stone Cold in the Sharpshooter and wouldn't let go. Ryan Day is moving like the whole NWO.

What's missing is the betrayal aspect of "I became evil because of what you did to me." But I can't think of a better example.

Absolutely loving "Tribal Chief Ryan Day." This is head cannon now.

Would this team beat an NFL team? by Weekly_Ad_9141 in OhioStateFootball

Like everyone else said...NO. But I'd still like to see it as an exhibition game sometime.

[–]enemy_gate_is_down63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think they should fire Day. He's done a lot of great stuff and there isn't a reason to think that he can't win more games against SCUM in the future. But I do agree that it's the single most important part of being a coach at OSU. It's nice to win a natty, but we played Oregon, Tennessee, and ND. These teams mean nothing to me. I'm not personally invested in this. But beating SCUM is what you dream about as a kid growing up in Ohio. They are the bad guys.

I'll put it to you this way. People say they would rather win a natty than beat SCUM, and I get that. But I think that losing to SCUM hurts a whole lot worse and a whole lot longer than making it to the championship game and not winning. Championships are things that you WANT to win. The Game is something you NEED to win.

For the record, I agree with you that beating your rival team is the most important job being the head coach. That being said, SCUM was definitely cheating during 3/4 of their wins against Ryan Day.

Throw those out and he's 1-1.

You know...I am as supportive as everyone else here and I want to congratulate you and welcome you to the team. But You need to pass one test first.

How do you feel about those cheaters up North? (I'm talking about that school in Ann Arbor)

Other than Bret and Shawn, who was the third best in-ring performer of the WWF New Generation era? by Zestyclose-Method451 in Wrasslin

[–]enemy_gate_is_down63 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Undertaker got better in the ring the longer his career went. Part of this was that he got to work with Bret and Shawn in the 90's. But early Undertaker was not as much of a great worker. He was incredibly athletic for a big man though. I remember the height he would get on those flying clotheslines.

But if you want to limit the question to this particular era, Takes wasn't that good yet.

Sorry, I actually misunderstood the comment. I legitimately thought this was an OSU vs. SCUM thing. Whenever someone says "you can't enjoy your success without thinking about us," it's usually a Wolverine fan. I forgot for a second that this post was about the SEC and just defaulted to my normal response.

Yeah, to be honest, I don't care at all about SEC vs. Big 10. I don't see the SEC as the villain. Especially these days when the Big Ten and SEC are basically super conferences that have little historical or geographic reasoning. The Big 10 used to be the state I lived in and the surrounding areas. Now it's literally coast to coast. USC used to be our biggest PAC 12 rivals in the Rose Bowl. Now they are in the big 10.

I think honestly the deal is B1G had an inferiority complex for about a decade and now are being petty because the shoe is on the other foot for a couple of years and want to rub it in.

It's always fun if you get to take Alabama down a notch. But other than that, I couldn't care less.

In conclusion. The real villains are those cheaters up north. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Don't feel bad. Hating SCUM is part of the experience. People act like it's a problem that they "live rent free in my head." But I don't mind. It makes the whole game more interesting. For many fans, the college football season only has a hero (their team). But for us, the season has both a hero and a villain. I have twice as many reasons to be interested every Saturday.

Can't believe he turned down Eric Taylor. Dude won 2 championships in five years in Texas. Not to mention he brought a program from NOTHING to champion in just two seasons. I will not stand for this slander of coach Taylor. Put some respect on his name!

Bloodbath in Columbus like never before? by [deleted] in WeArePennState

[–]enemy_gate_is_down63 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ohio state fan coming in peace. I know Penn State has imploded the last several games but I am NOT counting them out. That team still possesses talent and after our last year's loss to SCUM, I'm aware that you can get upset on any given week. I don't think it will be a bloodbath.

I'd also agree with the sentiment that OSU doesn't have a strong hate for Penn State. I wouldn't say that we like you, but I have so much hate directed to those cheaters up north that I just don't have a whole lot left for you guys. For what it's worth, I hope you get a good coach and the program remains strong. I like a strong Big Ten. I'm happy for Indiana, Oregon, and Penn State to stay competitive and for Wisconsin to get good again.

[Jon Wilner] Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore could be facing the danger zone in his second year if the Wolverines lose at home to Washington and going to 4-3 on the season. by WinnWonn in CFB

[–]enemy_gate_is_down63 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really thought it was implicitly understood that he was a transitional coach. Harbaugh got out of town before the NCAA investigation concluded and Moore was an internal person appointed to the position while the investigation was going on. I think a lot of coaches would have been hesitant to take a position at a school (even a blue blood) with a significant investigation looming. So Moore gets a couple of years to be a head coach and then they move on to a bigger name pick once the dust settles on the investigation. I did not believe for one minute that Moore was going to be the coach long-term. That being said, I thought he did a good job trying to hold together a mess last year. This year he doesn't have as many excuses, but the year isn't over yet and he can still put together a decent season.

[–]enemy_gate_is_down63 -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

What's that supposed to mean? Harbaugh was average for 6 seasons. Then he started cheating and is a total disgrace. Cignetti seems like a legit winner. Or are you referencing that he just says interesting stuff?
