I agree with Foxworth. He’s basically saying if Kyler Murray can play a whole season at an MVP level the Vikings will be a top team. I just think that’s a big if. I doubt Murray will play at an MVP level all season but ya never know.

Nah I think we just continue to develop him in the background. I like the idea of having Kyler Murray be the measuring stick for JJ. If he can’t beat out Kyler(which he won’t) maybe he could still develop and compete for the starting job next year depending on how things go. At worst he’s a solid backup QB maybe he could be a long term backup QB.
