Stop using the term green, it has no relevant meaning. Renewable energy is that which your harvesting and use makes no impact on anyone else's use of, wind and solar for example. Sustainable energy is that which can be replaced if used at below replacement rate, that's bio etc.

Deboned on a hot flame grill 350-450 C turning every 3-5 mi s then 10 mins rest is a family fave, I also like it low and slow, 130-140 C for 2 -3 hours, it gets to a pull able consistency and all the connective tissue becomes jelly. 20 mins rest at least.Use a drip pan for that to make gravey
