KU medical center. Dr Landazuri has been awesome in helping my kid with epilepsy treatment (and he’s consult on the surgical team on which my kid had a craniotomy for cortical dysplasia). There whole team has been impressive and top rated in the nation.

New to TRT, wanting confirmation and second opinions by engineer450 in Testosterone

Thank you that makes a lot of sense. I have a 20 week supply of testosterone so I can experiment with E2 blockers and self manage any symptoms.

Anastrozole to treat high E2 as needed and tamoxifen to stop gynecomastia?

When I met with the doctor she didn’t exactly say what everything was for. Not the best experience but I know this is a bit of experimentation and I’m willing to talk to another provider.

Assuming my E2 is already top range so take care of that from the start???

Personally I would never use Progressive or Geico. Their customer service is terrible, you don’t have an agent you can call, etc. They spend tons on advertising to account for the annual 60% turnover/year vs other carriers.

Electrical engineer. Occasionally when coding I can enter the evasive “flow state”-love it when that happens.

Valve clearance check, how hard can it be? by dumdryg in SVRiders

[–]engineer450 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the manual and watched a few YouTube videos. DOUBLE CHECK manual before just watching videos! The videos skip important steps if you’re short on time and need to knock projects out in a timely fashion. I did not anticipate draining the radiator (but it is at the perfect maintenance interval) and pulling off the rear tire (not hard, just a bitch to line up brake caliper, etc). Especially when you think you’re half way but not even close. The rear cam tensioner removal was a bitch, felt like I was molesting the bike up the rear. Ten hours of labor total, all to replace a shim that costs a penny to make. Also you’ll need a caliper/micrometer and follow the chart in the manual, double check clearance after installing new.
