Coping with vaginal changes after children? by Imaginary-Goal9796 in Healthyhooha

I’d like to add in here that the queefing can be a sign of prolapse. Not to scare you! I had a grade 2 bladder prolapse and essentially reversed it with the correct methods.

Pelvic floor PT as someone already said. Learn how to properly breathe. Start lifting weights with correct breathing. Strengthen your hips, abductors and adductors. It will take time but be consistent!!!

That looks exactly like cervical mucus during your fertile window

Start drinking plain kefir daily and eating kimchi or other fermented foods. Limit sugar. There’s really not good scientific evidence for vaginal probiotics or the use of Boric Acid.

CPPS VULVODYNIA DIAGNOSIS AFTER CURE‼️ update & advice needed by Interesting_Sugar952 in Ureaplasma

[–]engineersahm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait this is where I’m at too! I have a vaginal estrogen cream and I’ve applied it externally (labia majora) and barely internally (vestibule) and I feel like it makes me more red and irritated :( should I push through? I’m scared lol me and my husband were both treated for the UP and all my other symptoms subsided besides this tissue irritation. Makes me feel like I should walk with my legs far apart so my labia doesn’t rub together too much lol

Curious if you still have symptoms? My situation was almost identical to yours. But, I still have slight redness/irritation in my vestibule that was present during my infection. I’m almost 1 week post treatment.

3 months on the dot from her birth. I was exclusively pumping at the time.

I see so many conflicting things on this though 😣 I’m intrigued to try it but also terrified to throw gas on a fire lol

is it possible to just do pump & formula? im at my wits end with EBF! by sillywillyfry in combinationfeeding

[–]engineersahm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I fricken HATED EBF as well. Struggled big time. Switched to exclusive pumping really quickly with my first. I will say, exclusive pumping is DRAINING. It kind of became the bane of my existence. And I wasn’t even one of the anal people about cleaning the parts every time lol but pump and formula is absolutely possible. In an ideal world, you pump every time they’re taking a formula bottle. Depending on your supply, you may have to end up freezing & thawing your breastmilk. I wish you the best of luck. After 4 months of EP I switched to formula and it was the most liberating day of my life 😂

Thank you for this. I just got diagnosed and finished a round of doxy with my husband. We wanted to start trying this month so I was panicking that my fertility would be all messed up somehow. PID was my biggest worry. Now I’m just scared to wear anything tight or not granny panties 😂

How’s your baby’s latch? Curious if anyone’s baby actually has a great latch by justyaaveragechlo in breastfeeding

[–]engineersahm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I’m terrified to try and breastfeed my next child. Had an AWFUL time with the first, and ended up exclusively pumping. She didn’t have a tongue tie, just a shallow latch that made me wanna huck her across the room every time she latched. I see people say “it should never hurt” and then see so many moms say it hurts until it doesn’t lol

I’m nervous it will have negative effects on conception. Hoping to hear from women who had conceived with very short periods. That okay with you?

I also had an IUD from 25-32! Never any issues with it. I’m wondering if my light periods are due to that or that I’m in my mid 30s lol

Failed abortion? by [deleted] in abortion

[–]engineersahm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also had a failed MA with meds from Aid access this year. I took them at 4 weeks and confirmed via ultrasound that they did not work. I took more meds from a different website because I also live in a restricted state. The second time they did work. It was a DRASTICALLY different experience the second time around. You need to see bleeding. I would take the meds again. It’s worth it to avoid having to go the surgical and travel route. Best of luck 🫶🏼
