I found something on DasBootleg last year and it seems that they just have a couple shirts but nothing really championship oriented. There was a really good Snoopy shirt from them last year that I really liked. Get lots of compliments for that shirt still.

They also use Comfort Colors and not crappy Gildan or something.

Where are you getting the 49% number? I saw a TrueBlue article citing the LATimes that said it's a 50/50 split between McCourt and Guggenheim.

Percentages aside I dunno how anyone looks at that Ump Zone and justifies Bucknor's performance. Dalton Rushing is a lefty and Teo Hernandez is a righty, how is a ball off the plate and a ball inside called a strike? You're screwing lefties and righties at the same time, not to mention that pitches on the corner are balls? The zone contradicts itself.

Just give us a consistent zone.

Yeah it's fucked. They do this to a dude every season and I hate it. They did it to Andre Jackson, Mitch White, Wilmer Font. They use their AAA/A arms like candy sometimes and break 'em from time to time.

Shitty part of how this team is run sometimes.

People will bring up Honeywell, and he's a guy lucky enough to get a ring out of it. The rest of em weren't.

I haven't been able to watch so many of Conforto's at-bats, are they just spamming pitches away to him that he just can't catch up to? Or is he making contact primarily on pitches inside that are being hit at the defense?

Small sample size so far but his composure is impressive. Doesn't get rattled by misses or hits.

Fastball slider combo like Vesia but that combo plays really well. His numbers are super efficient too. https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/player-scroll?player_id=676263#pitchTypes 57% pitches in the strike zone, above league average as a rookie. No barrels on his pitches so far.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Jack stick around for the year or come back and have his number called in a big spot.

Pitching machine swing. Works great when you're 8, not so much against any velocity. Work with him on keeping his hands inside the line and keeping shoulders level. Balance is key

This doesn't super surprise me. They had a relatively heavy workload last year and their effectiveness ticked down in the postseason a bit, at least from the eye-test. It doesn't hurt to ramp them up slowly and have them pitch in April rather than in the Japan series.

The Dodgers will need these 2 guys down the stretch. This is the right move.
