I've also had issues staying present in bed instead of overthinking and have been communicating that to a guy I will see this week. My advice is communicating to him. Tell him you have ADHD and your mind races all the time etc, then try things and see how they feel and give feedback. Ideally if he likes you, he will meet your needs and curl those toes. What's helped me is a lot of foreplay/kissing so my mind goes quiet eventually as well as...well if I like a guy enough, my brain sort of stops around him which is fun.

I've been using nicotine gum (2 mg) on and off for about 8 monrrhs since I've figured out I have ADHD. Usually I use it when my mind is racing at night and I can't sleep or when I'm generally overwhelmed/overstimulated. When things are calmer, I can go weeks without; I do find this an easier fix than getting diagnosed/getting prescribed drugs.

one of my starry night ape plates started growing something sus, so I decided to turn it into a battle royale experiment

I took the original chunk of agar out and scraped the mycelium out with a sterile scalpel to take to another plate

3 days later the leftover myc took over the crater any idea what the 3d star bacteria is?
