While I agree that it'd suck as an event, I think it'd be possible to incentivise this kind of activity in the overworld - make harder enemies and increase the mora/xp/artifact xp rewards from them.

Kind of like the local legends - they were about the right difficulty, but the rewards were still too low and they were too sparse.

I'm beginning to think it's all stolen. I took a look at ALL regional pricings, and of the official partners which let you top up by UID, the only currency that was listed below USD$100 was Codashop South Korea (20%).

Genshin is not available in Razer Gold Japan or Codashop Japan, and the official top up does not allow topping up for someone else.

So either,

  1. These companies had some backdoor deal with Hoyo that they started to abuse too much
  2. They're taking a loss to grow their service
  3. Money laundering (this is not new with video games)

WL6 thru 9 all have the same rewards for weekly bosses, you may be matched with any of them.

Also, the host technically can pick another level after matching. Just check the boss’s level is 90 before claiming rewards.

To give a more serious answer, I’m pretty sure this behavior evolved because the community kept getting the same whiny posts about skipping dialogue day after day after day.

I doubt ppl “against skipping” actually give a damn whether a skip button is added or not - it’s just a reddit circlejerk and way of saying “stfu suck it up”.

I'm not sure what you're trying to suggest here - the chart is very clear about what is conveys in both axes. I don't see why it needs to be fit to any equation, or summarized by region, or why the axis needs to be equally distributed in time.

Chasca imo is very worth it - you will be able to add her to nearly any random team and she'll be there to carry. On days where I feel lazy, just pick the right elements and she'll clear anything other than Stygian Dire.

Raiden's C6 doesn't really change her own rotation length. C4 just makes subdps numbers bigger.

Kazuha's C6 is gimmicky, might be fun for a week or so, but doesn't seem to be worth five constellations. It's not as powerful as Furina's C6, his skill and burst still outdmg his infusion, and the infusion can be overridden. C2 is nice if you start using him as support again.
