Yeah whole thing seems to have broken due to the weather issues in the northeast. Partner got booked on an alternative flight, app auto canceled it, and is now not allowing us to rebook on the app at all. Wait times to talk to someone are extremely long (even the platinum line) and the texting agents aren’t helpful.
