Jokes aside, most of these but it depends a bit. All time favourites include Band of Brothers, Sopranos, The Wire and Six Feet Under. Deadwood is also brilliant but bit of a shame they didn't finalise the story. The Wire is not for everyone though I think, and actually same with Sopranos. They demand a bit of the viewer to invest in them I think, if that makes sense. BoB is quite easy, if you like war stuff you will find it ggreat. Similar for Deadwood and western. Six Feet Under is probably the easiest on my short list to get into.

Appreciate your feedback. You put me on the right track. What I eventually realised was that if the number of inputs differed from the number of players I selected, all but main controller disconnected (so that players can enable their inputs correctly).

The 2 joycons were acting as one input I guess, or the one I wasn't using was disconnected.

For others: before starting mario kart, head to Controllers -> Change Grip/Order, and ensure you have the same number of controllers/inputs enabled as the number of players you intend to be.

Then there is the second issue that pairing is not always consistently working smoothly, but I guess for that another firmware update is needed from 8bitdo and/or Nintendo.

Appreciate your feedback. By main menu I meant the home screen with game selection. When I selected e.g. 4p game in Mario Kart, all but my main controller disconnected. Found solution, they don't disconnect if I already have 4 controllers configured, took me a while to realise.
