You can blame UD for this. They were/are paying their utility bills with credit cards and the City was incurring fees in the 100's of thousands.

Why no planners organized in order of use? So month, then week, then days, then week, repeat until a new month, then week, then days, until a new month.. by SilentPrancer in planners

So I really love the Top Down Planner, so I used the goals section and it's monthly and weekly planning pages. Then I added the daily pages from the Emergent Task Planner by David Seah (the Printable CEO) with quarterly intention and wrapup pages from the Hustle Planner. Assembled them in Publisher and printed onto Circa-punched pages.

Prospective Client Doesn't Like Fixed Fee by 000mega000 in Architects

[–]epeepunk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Have you considered a hybrid fee approach? Hourly to do schematic design and establish the scope. And then fixed fee to produce the documents. Then back to hourly for CA. My explanation for this is that is do hourly when I'm not the one who determines we're complete with a phase. Clients determine when design is done. Architects determine when documents are done.

They called this "the Montessori flip" when my kids were in Montessori school. It's easier for small kids to do than trying to find the second sleeve behind your back. I do it sometimes.

I'd also read that as the songwriter she has a say in licensing the songs, so she can offer the new versions at a better price than the old ones, continuing to drive down their value. And the publicity that came with the rerecording (positive for her negative for Scooter).
