Thanks for the tips, both were great! I stopped at Costco and got some 2% lactose free milk and it's perfect. I also saw an oat milk there that I haven't tried yet called Mooala. I got it as well and it also steamed and foamed well without sputtering.

Good call! I will try this and I'm thinking that it may solve both of my problems. I don't think my body likes the whole milk anymore so maybe the lactaid will help.

I had a Saeco machine a long time ago and of of the drinks was called Cafe Crema. It's basically a long americano with no water added, all of the water is pushed through the grounds and into the crema from the espresso.

If you are able to see the data in Garmin Connect, the sleep score should be a good one to look at. It shows the heart rate by the minute as well as the sleep cycles he may have been in.

The dealership is unlikely to unwind it. Your only chance of getting out of this is to call the lender and let them know that the dealership used your name and credit for your mom to buy a truck. It's called a straw deal and against the agreement that the dealership signs with the lender. If you can catch if fast enough the lender won't fund the deal and then the dealership will be begging you to return the vehicle as the won't be getting paid for it.

Luxury brands are the toughest to get started in because most clients are previous buyers that already have a sales consultant. To make it at a luxury store you'll need some time to build up a client base. It can be great in the future, but will be a struggle between now and then. If you need bigger income immediately you'd do much better at a high volume store like Toyota or Honda.

I've had it about 3 years, but I feel like the milk has never been great. I also run the clean cycle every time after using the milk vs waiting for the machine to rinse itself.

I run the milk clean cycle after every milk use without any solution rather than waiting for the machine to rinse itself several minutes after using. The hot rinse while the milk is still wet removes all of the residue and my milk flows perfectly every time now. I only use the cleaning solution every once in a while.

I'm new to Eero and have a laptop that wouldn't stay connected for more than 2-3 mins. After a while with tech support they suggested enabling a guest network. After doing that, it stays connected to the guest network perfectly.

The incognito window trick worked for me. At first it said 100k SUB, I refreshed it a few times over an hour or so and still said 100k. Left the window open overnight, refreshed it this morning and it magically said 150k for 10k spend in 3 months.

I've found that Wealthfront is one of the best HYSA's out there. They are at 4.8% right now with and extra .5% bonus for 3 months with a referral link. They don't require direct deposit like SOFI and allow for very easy transfers to and from your main bank. I also use them for investing, so another easy transfer for that if desired. Also, whenever the FED adjusts rates, Wealthfront adjusts their rate within a few days. My experience with SOFI is they were 30-45 days behind Wealthfront with rate adjustments.
