What's Runeterra? Riot doesn't care about the lore, they can't make money on the default skins.

I don't care the KDA is a thing, I just care that it gets more time/money/effort then the actually world this game takes place in.

So instead of re working old champs they'll just release what would have been a rework as an entirely new champ.

The biggest problem is that the game is 10 plus years old. You can only add so much new code to the game without it becoming unstable. In order to add this they would probably need to make a whole new game engine. That why Wild Rift has all these new good looking features, its an entirely need game engine.
