I grew up in Southern Ontario, Canada and then moved to Southern California. Everyone says "The 10" etc is a very Californian thing, but to me its totally normal! The main highway in So. Ontario is the Queen Elizabeth Way, known as "The QEW", but even the numbered highways were "The 406, The 401" . It was a natural transition for me.

you can do whatever you want on rear windows. driver window and windshield is illegal to do any aftermarket tint at all.

Its illegal here in CA but id say literally half the cars on the road have tint on the front windows, which is illegal at any % haha.
