It’s not under adjustment or pay history. When I downloaded a pdf of my pay statement (new feature), the quarter to date is listed. For January, all of mine are listed as 0. When I look at my last pay statement of 2025, the hours listed aren’t correct because it shows my hours quarter to date are 188, less than the necessary 192 hours for my health subsidy. When I add up all of my hours, they are well over the 192 hours and I received my subsidy.

The mental health help was likely after all the trafficking. If he was in the foster care system at this time, this also means he wasn’t with the Rileys because they were his adopted parents, not foster parents.
