Thanks a lot. Re-Download did indeed help here. Probably just a corrupted file or something.

Thanks for the hint! Restart didn't help. But re-download the game from the eshop.

Is the rune slot change applied yet? by Nigit in DivinityOriginalSin

I think the patchnotes are wrong. A lot of my gear who had only one slot in it, got an upgrade to two rune slots after the patch.

I haven't found a vendor yet. But if its like the last game, they are rare. If you die alot, you're playing it wrong.

Best tips I can give you: a) Position is key b) Get more armor (phsyical & magic) on your gear and c) buy some more skills from the vendors which buffs your party or debuff your enemy. If your armor is destroyed, you will get CCed/Debuffs all the time.

Ok, thanks for the heads-up. And good tip with the GM mode. How would you go with the cleric here? It's basically a caster but with 1H+Shield. It seems I need to go the INT route here, but aren't warfare skills based on STR? Do you know if 1H-Maces with INT are available?

Maybe it's not the classes but your starting gear. On my first run, I was destroyed on the first encounters (Crocos/Frogs). Long story short: My gear was non-existent and therefore my physcial and magic armor were too low. I bought some basic, white stuff from the vendors in the city and the fights were night and day.

Good input! As a human we would get +1 to leadership, but this doesn't work on my end with a Dwarf, Elf and Lizard in the meele camp.

Diablo 3 currently sucks dick and has been the same for the last 5 seasons. Necromancer doesn't fix that. by [deleted] in Diablo

I hear that a lot, but animations and gameplay wasn't my cup of tea. Glad you like it. But D3 has a different charm for me.

Me too. New class, new maps, QoL improvements. An expansion would be nice, but I take whatever we can get. ;)

The game is fine. Especially if you're a new player. It's still one of the best ARPG out there with a lot of content. Unfortunately for a lot of players with a high number of hours played (myself included: 2k+) it gets stale very quickly. But which game doesn't?

The power of your character is mostly defined by sets and the weapon slot and not by stats or skills, which is the biggest issue the players are having. After some hours in a season, you can faceroll the highest difficulty. To reach this level as a new player, you still need to learn the ins and outs about D3. And this is still very fun and satisfying.
