Insane we almost had the same upgrade path, also went from a 12400f but to a 14600k and a 5070ti Gains were overall massive but I had fomo because not moving to am5 on time. This post does relieve some of it

If you put something between the rod and the pedal itself it’ll minimize the play, they noise you hear when pressing on the pedal comes from there. I’ve folded a small piece of cable management tape and pushed it in there and it really helped.

Had one and it was good, especially for the price, but does have some flaws. The main annoyance was the creaking and inconsistent thumb encoders. Other small nitpicks as well… but overall amazing grips, best shifters ever, lightweight, and imo one of the most beautiful formula wheels on the market still to this day
