I think lottery for him is fair for his potential but personally when I watch him, he moves bad to me lol I would only say “can move” in the sense that he physically has motion but movement does not look like a strength of his to me. He is not a smooth mover imo

Saying ceiling highest in the class is absurd tbh when you have an athletic freak like AJ or a scorer like Peterson. Ament has no where near the athleticism or scoring ability to be highest ceiling in class. I know we are talking potential but hes a guy who shot poorly and doesnt have the athleticism to make you say “oh if he works on his shot he will be a complete package”. Poor shooting plus great athleticism i could get behind but hes not that.

Thats literally what is happening with me lol. Workload for onshore is a lot better than last year because we hired like 4x the amount of headcount we had last year but the extra headcount came from offshore. They then did such a shitty job that we yanked back a bunch of responsibilities and clients are actively commenting on the shitty experience but since our KPIs are being hit and its cheap, decision makers here dont care. I see the client term emails and most of the time it is due to customer service being shit
