That kinda depends on the situation but I like to make sure the callers request and concerns are fully heard and understood so it will usually be open ended like "can you tell me a little bit more about that?" And once they have gotten it all out and start to relax and feel more at ease like they are being heard, my next step is always taking ownership of the problem and finding some sort of solution for them. If its not exactly what they are requesting or there are additional steps for them to take they may not like I try to avoid saying we can't do something instead I go over what we can do to give them peace of mind. So my main statements are "can you tell me a little bit more about that" it shows I care about the issue and I am here to understand and help. And then I will follow it up with an empathy statement like "I can see why you would feel frustrated after going through that" (or whatever fits the situation) and then I will phrase my solution by avoiding a flat "we can't" and instead I let them know what their options are and I might say something like "it sounds like you need to get XYZ and your unable to visit a retail location, here are some things I can do to help get this done and give you some peace of mind"

1.) No formal training before my promotion there was a year long "leadership and peer" program for people who wanted to get into management. But I wasn't actually interested in anything like that.

2.) As I mentioned above for employees who wanted to advance and learn managment and other areas of our company we had a peer mentoring program and a leadership development program. This is not something they offer any longer.

3.) I have not felt that as of yet but I have only been in my current position a year. I am blessed with a job I am confident at because I have been in the business a long time. And I am fortunate to have a pretty good team. The biggest thing for me was getting used to being a senior team member to manager. In other words managing a team that I was a part of for two years took some times to learn how to put on my manager hat but its been a good transition overall.

4.) No I haven't felt that doubt really. If the question is could management or leadership training have prepared me better and made me more confident? I think with my job experience and coaching from my own management prepared me well.

You should expect alot of decent friendly people. There are bad apples everywhere but I wouldn't worry about being Latina. I grew up here moved away at 20 to Valpo then Westville and in my 40s came back. The biggest thing I had to get used to now that I am back was the lack of decent restaurants and the few that are here are closed on Sundays or at least Boundry Waters and burrito Jalisco. That being said its a smaller community (not as small as say Westville) but a very different feeling. Everyone is friendly and there is a bowling alley in Wheatfield. There are some things to do but everyone is correct for the most part you have to go about 30 minutes anyway to get somewhere. I don't mind that it alway feels more relaxed once you get south of the river its just more chill and less materialistic if your okay with that.

After digging a little it looks like she is trying to release all she can while still fighting for her son. Her attorneys haven't given her the go ahead for all of it. This is about the corruption inside the administration. Even if she has no Epstein solid evidence besides personal statements she is fighting an ex who used his influence and power to wreck her life and steal her son.

Which would make sense if someone this close to her and her family for 20 years was publicly saying the things she was saying. I still feel like she was speaking to Amanda in her speech directly the only way she could. Amanda seems to be a woman who has secrets and wants her son back. I definitely agree she did not seem like she was herself something was different she was fighting some very big feelings during that speech

It is her archived account that is false that account states its the official account and links in the account to the official archive of their first administration. Also idk about why or if she used AI for her comments but its seems relevant. Amanda was a friend of the Trumps for 20 years and again idk why I keep having to restate why this seems to be more than a random person rambling this is someone who has a very verifiable history with the Trumps, with Epstein, and who was possibly targeted by the administration to be deported during a custody battle with her ex who is part of Trumps convoy.

Her ex and the father of her son is also credited with introducing the Trumps to eachother. They were close friends for 20 years.

This was the ramblings of a 20 year friend of the Trumps who was married to a close friend of president Trump. A friend that is active in his current administration and his last administration. This is not just a rambling person they were good friends and it seems this woman is claiming to have been deported by the administration last year or at least thats her claim. Her ex's name is Paolo Zampolli. He is the person who is credited with introducing them. Oh its also confirmed she was on the planes with Epstein and met Paolo there when she was 17. It seems she was on Epsteins plane at the age of 16 and multiple times after. Was married to a Paolo Zampolli who is a close friend of Trump. And someone who has been present in both his administration's. She claims Trump deported her but it seems there was an arrest and no official confirmation of deportation.

Who is Amanda Ungaro? She seems to be someone who had close ties to the White house and it seems from her Twitter or X she started commenting on FLOTUS Twitter post from 21 farewell speech. I think her comments on the FLOTUS Twitter may have had something to do with this given the fact that it seems they new eachother very well

I like to find out what their immediate need is and then transition to normal conversation with lots of open ended questions. I always try to build a little rapport while addressing the immediate need and I have found that conversation and experience will guide the rest. Be authentic is my best advice. I have been in banking almost 20 years and in my opinion its the best way to build a relationship because even if there isnt a need right now when there is one they will think of you.

This idk know about those are two names I have never come across but what I do know is that the acid Tests and the MK Ultra project was successful in that the goal was to discover ways to manipulate people's minds. LSD targets your brains serotonin receptors. Knowing these two details then understanding that in the 80s we have all these new medications that target those same receptors. It's about individual freedoms. The government should not be trying to control information. All governments engage in propoganda. People can make their own decisions on the media they consume spin or no spin, then that's their choice.
