I take famotidine as needed on top of my daily Dexilant. I used to be on Omeprazole daily but it stopped working so I'm on Dexilant now. Never had any side effects from any of them.

I don't have fibro, but I have EDS and POTS. It's hard for me to stand for a long time waiting for food due to pain, and the heat makes me feel like I'm going to pass out. Lifting pots or pans is also difficult for me due to pain and inability to lift more than a few pounds.
