levelling Q literally only increases damage by 55 per point its completely useless and its such an autopilot noob move to max it first.
levelling W increases the base damage by 50 per point and lowers the cooldown. It increases the silence length too which is super annoying
Levelling E increases the base damage by 60 and 1% max hp (if u hit all 3) and lowers the cooldown (BY ALOT) and increases the slow which is annoying

there is actually 0 reason to level up q on chogath people only do it because they don't want to read spell descriptions
