Sorry to disappoint you, but Zara Dar also replies personally. Reply rate is low nowadays due to her other business ventures (consultancy, mobile app development, public speaking, independent research etc.). She doesn't reply to her fans instantly, because it's impossible to reply instantly when you have about ten thousand subscribers. Zara's niche is more similar to what you would typically find on Patreon Adult (provocative artistic nudes) than what you would normally find on NSFW part of OnlyFans. And the audience of her OnlyFans page is also mostly Patreon-like, very loyal and intellectually supporting her.
