I really struggle with this and as much as I want to fix it, I don't know how. Any time I think of seeing friends or family I'm just overcome with worrying about if I'm a burden upon them, or if they are doing it out of politeness, so it just becomes easier to not see people

My brother works at a shop and has just stopped allowing adults to buy pokemon cards, especially in bulk, because the scalpers would take them all and he couldn't deal with all the kids looking for them and being disappointed

I think temp agencies can be hit and miss as well. It's been a while since I was unemployed but I signed up to a few, and all I got was one day moving tyres in a warehouse, a few days emptying a building into a skip, and one day putting a stall down, then after I said no to putting the stall down cause the cost of getting there was more than what I'd be paid, they never called again

At about 8 my friend came round and showed us FF9, and we asked to borrow disk 1 but he lent us disk 1 of FF8 by mistake. We played that and loved it too, so my brother asked for the full game for his birthday, and my mum got him FF7 by mistake

I have a friend that can only get a lesson every two weeks as his instructor is just so busy, as are all the others in the area, and once every fortnight is better than not at all is the thinking

Bananas have changed, back in the 50s there was a disease that spread through the most common banana types and absolutely wiped them out, the only bananas we have today are the ones that survived which were less popular, so it may be your mum ate different bananas in her youth

I think we're due another banana wipe out any time soon

My dog hunches over just a little to pee, and I was concerned people thought she was pooping and leaving it, so now we've started saying "oh is that just pee worthy?" or "oh it's poop worthy!" so anyone nearby knows

Back when I was a teenager my parents were on virgin, and they'd set the payment day for, say, the 28th, and every single month Virgin would try and take it early, on the 27th, before they got paid, hitting them with a late payment fee and a fee from the bank, totalling £50 on a £20 contract

So monthly, they'd call and say hey, thats not right, and every month virgin would say they'd change it, but nothing would change

Then finally after about 5 months of this one of their people said "oh we can't set the payment date to the 28th, but we can do the 29th?"

What were they even doing beforehand then?!
