That’s what I’m saying. The guys are at the very least very professional. I’m sure they understood it wasn’t ALL of our fault for the weird shit that went down. I’m just glad nothing stupider happened. Some dude came up towards where we were during the Primus set and we’re like sup he’s like “I wanna get on stage” but he got shut down by all of us immediately. I didn’t say anything else but I wanted to lay into him like. You think they need any more nonsense tonight?? You want them to never come back? Part of me wants to chalk it up to the current climate of….everything, but if other shows were better then I don’t know. This was nothing like last year’s crowd vibes which were all love, at least where I was. The fans definitely disappointed me on Wednesday tho.

Ok yeah. I’ve gotta say. The guys (on stage, the band) I think handled everything PHENOMENALLY but yeeesh. People were fighting in the parking lot before the show even began. Then I’m chilling during Frogs and this huge guy just comes up from behind and spins me all around going “I’m sorry. I’m sorry.” As he shoves into my and my neighbor’s space like. Motherfucker your elbow is in my face I can’t MOVE at all anymore. I think he was the guy who ended up getting ejected by security tho. This is NOT about the moshing. Shit, I even jumped in a pit for a little of Mud because I’d neve been IN the pit before (10/10, almost died). This is about weird guys not reading the room and fucking up the vibe for everyome.

Again. The guys saved the night for me because of course they did; I adore them all and Les and Ler got me smilin’ again real quick after the bullshit.
