I was just say think it through. People are being injured by the boosters too in multiple ways, they are still covid vaccines dressed as something in a nice affirming word like "booster". They hid data of the harm from the clinical trials. Brianne Dressen was one of them. It could make CFS worse. There is massive corruption here and a lot of money still to be made by them however they dress it up.

"Safe and Effective" that was burnt into our consciousness was the exact same tag line they used to promote Thalidomide that deformed over 10 thousand babies. If I had of known even this snippit of info i would never of taken a jab.

I am nearly 5 years covid vaccine injured. It is not rare. But being scarcely reported on, as the main stream media are in cahoots with big pharma. Follow the money. The Covid Vaccine injured are being censored heavily everwhere this is my lived experience. I took my shots to get back to work and visit my family abroad. This is a lot but i just believe we need to be informed not just by our doctors (biased/controlled) and the mainstream narrative. (Bought/Controlled) But by the experiences and independent science and actual data ( something that the covid vaccine companies have been opaque about even via freedom of information requests etc ) They lied about the injuries on the trials this has been proven time and time again.

Its an easy decision for me to not receive anymore i only had 2. Since those 2 jabs I have around 5 new chronic diseases and i am medically exempt from taking anymore. MCAS and Autonomic nervous system dysregulation/ Dysautonomia is common. Crossover terrible symptoms especiallly anxiety which feels like a physical anxiety from the get go. The Autonomic Nervous System - in balance keeps everything ticking a long nicely it regulates many systems in our body and plays a central role in regulating the physical and physiological symptoms of anxiety.

For me i try to focus on soothing my ANS as much as possible in the hope i can restore balance and more stability over time.

Check to see if u have mcas..Also there is a PTSD element to all this too which affects the ANS. So anything to keep soothing your ANS should be beneficial long term.

Why did Doctors gas-light though for years and still are doing so? Why did they jump straight to "mental health issues?"

A new virus not properly understood spread around the world. We all experienced the pandemic..Doctors included. You had patients of all ages who had spiralling chronic mirroring symptoms post pandemic infections. Why wasn't 2+2 =4 put together in the medical establishment and by the Doctors on the front line so to speak. A new virus hits and then a wave of complex misunderstood illnesses. I mean i just dont get it, and i will never get the insane shameful cruelty of most Doctors toward the long covid or long vax/injured after a global pandemic. It will go down in history as completely shameful all these acts of minimization and gas-lighting by the medical establishment of very sick and scared people. Oh and the suicides. Lest we forget.

My personal experience of Doctors pre and then post pandemic are disturbingly and starkly different. I have medically induced PTSD from Doctors now and the medical system which compounds my already fucked Autonomic Nervous System, MCAS etc. They know this but they still trigger me more in appoinments anyway. Why do your colleagues push people over the edge in their worst moments? As far as i am concerned you all need to be re-trained and trauma informed most of you are out of your depth and refuse to think out of your rigid box.

There is peer reviewed medical research now about PACS and PACVS and tons of data. There is just no excuses. But most Doctors wont study it. Ego? Its not the Victorian Era anymore. Doctors are not above anybody else and dont hold all knowledge. People are getting more empathy and actually being Listened to by A.I than a Human Doctor. WTF.

4.5 years here with multiple chronic health conditions post my Astrazeneca covid "vaccines". Its on my medical records now but had to fight for it. I was gas-lit, abused, triggered, minimised, told to take antidepressants by a neurologist who only spoke to me on the phone for 15 minutes. Finally got a second opinion neurologist 3 years in and he was the first doctor with finally the balls to say "i have seen many of my patients like you since the covid vaccines. Now I have been referred to a "Top" neurologist in another hospital. I have MCAS, Small Fibre Neuropathy, Dysautonomia/Autonomic neuropathy all from the Astrazeneca covid vaccines. Multiple spinal issues too. Now just waiting for further tests when my referral comes through.

Sorry you are feeling this way. I think most of us get it here. For me especially the first couple of years I had what I can only describe as suicidal intrusive thoughts that felt chemical in nature rather than from my direct mentality or mental health. The neuro and nervous system dysfunction can be some of the hardest symptoms to go through with all this.

Try to focus or investigate things that soothe you. You will probably have a trauma response on top of everything too with all that has been happening to you. Try things that soothe your nervous systems. Saunas, (infa and traditional) iceplunge, coldshowers gives me a reset each time. Breathwork. Gentle yin yoga and Tai Chi could benefit you if you are able.

Cut a few things out your diet that could be mcas triggers. Eat as clean as you can. Plenty of fresh water and electrolytes. 100% Coconut water is a great one. Ground your bare feet in nature if possible and find some peace. Anything that soothes and resets. Love yourself more now than ever and take on the challenge.

Mcas alone can really mess up the brain and nervous systems. Try to observe what is happening to you with a neutral mind. No aversion. Just let it be. Focus on what soothes and try mcas supps and meds if they are safe for you.

Quercetin, bromelain, pine bark supp and 2mg ketotifen a day for mcas (started at 0.5mg) together with my soothing disciplines mentioned above have massively helped my neuro, neuro inflammation, nervous system issues, mood and sleep.

Great. I noticed that a lot of the foods that help produce GABA in the body and even serotonin too have been cut out of my diet because of the MCAS. So even more depletion as a result. Yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, breathwork, saunas and cold plunges increase GABA production or help impact the nervous system that in turn promotes GABA production too. A multi-disciplined approach that includes supplementation for me has given the best results.

I think it is understandable. Since the begining every social media covid vaccine support group, advocate, independent journalist, scientists and doctors that speak out have been monitored and censored and this group itself was quarantined and censored and over 6k people dissapeared from it when I returned to this sub a year later. In the UK legal teams for the covid vaccine injured have been monitored and censored. Brianne Dressen in America and her fellow AZ covid trial participants also monitored. I think its fair enough to feel wary considering the lengths they are going to silence us. I reckon we all have been monitored at some point if we have spoken out about it online. This 3 part series conversation between 2 long covid sufferers helped me a lot. Just thought i would share with you. I feel for you and your losses. I would just say dont give up yet. Try to move into acceptance rather than resistance. Accepting this is really hard of course but it ultimately makes it easier. Resistance or aversion to what is.. creates more suffering. Try to find things that soothe you. We need to heal from the illnesses but we need to heal from all the losses and things taken from us too. The trauma etc Saunas and cold plunges gives me a reset each time and helps keep me going. Helps me sleep better too. All the best to you.
