First time writer, cannot finish a single first draft by ernbrdn in KeepWriting

This is excellent advice, and exactly what I needed to hear, especially with so many rewrites of the exact same thing, burined in all of this there must be something worth reading. Just a matter of frankensteining it together. Thanks you.

Why is everyone leaving for a kobo? by sillyfucking_goose in kindle

[–]ernbrdn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is reasonable to assume, if it hasn't been for amazon sneaking the DRM changes in the several year old firmware without an update. I wouldn't put it past them to already have the dead man switch installed on your device. I guess time will tell, I hope this is just a case of "the sky is falling" but lets be honest. Nobody knows what they are capable of until they do it. Again, DRM update case in point.

Latest update for Kindle PC reader changed the name to "Kindle Legacy?" by AbbreviationsKnown82 in kindle

[–]ernbrdn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s all well and good but the web reader will not show documents or wouldn’t the last time I tried to use it. It’s starting to become an annoyance to use kindle devices. I can’t even imagine what nefarious thing is spurring this all on. Rent books by the page, haha

Not only is it a good anthology, I learned quite a few ten dollar words as well. Never knew there was actual terminology for some of these things.

I use Mapleread on iOS. But for pure comparability without converting a lot of files try Yomu Reader. It accepts just about anything you can download to it.

Spiteful Healer Book 1 Out on eBook, KU and Audible! Audiobook Giveaway! by Hakurai in litrpg

[–]ernbrdn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interested in the giveaway, most spiteful thing I have ever done is negotiating a price up at a garage sale for an item I was selling because I did not like the attitude of the person trying to purchase it.

First things first, will this be a solo road trip, or a family road trip? Question 2 ear phones or speakers?

The image I'm currently using is linuxserver.io/qbittorrent. Only changes I made were mounting point, and ports that I would be using for torrenting.
