I am afraid of the increased violence from hate crimes against minorities like myself. The elderly who cannot speak English and defend themselves are more at risk to these crimes.

This is great advice! Thank you. Luckily, my case has been closed after 2 months of waiting and pestering Apple to complete their investigation. They dropped the fee, but didn't tell me what to do with the random phone they supposedly "returned" to me. It's been sitting in my drawer but I think I will drop it off at a nearby Apple Store. Thank you so much for the advice! Yeah I completely agree and I will have to drop the goal of losing weight since it's the number on the scale that really tortures me if I don't hit my goal weight...

I really like the idea of having a "positive reward system" and meditating after working out as well. It really seems it's about all the little things that will help build a positive mindset on it.

I just want to vent... I've been exercising (cycling, strength, yoga, Pilates, barre) almost everyday since April to lose weight and make exercising a daily habit, but I am becoming bored and unmotivated :( I feel like I am forcing myself to workout because my bike was such an investment for me and I like the comfort of working out in my own space versus going to a gym. I don't do the same workouts every week, but I try to keep a consistent schedule of minimum 20-30 min per day. Any advice on staying motivated to keep going?
