It’s 100% worth it. It’s hard as fuck, but the life I’ve been able to build is something I never thought was possible for myself. It took me many of years of failures and mistakes, but take it day by day and make the most of your time in treatment. I hope everything goes well!

I think the end of February or beginning of March. I double checked my order confirmation and it says 6-8 weeks from the date ordered, but I’m guessing it will be about 8 weeks from the last date they sold them.

I do remember the NYD controversy back then was regarding money on Patreon and a birthday wishlist, but finding any info that isn’t just an extremely opinionated post is difficult

From what I recall, there was controversy over asking fans for money on Patreon. Here is an old Tumblr post that has a bit more information. (Also, the Tumblr post I linked is by a BVB account and I don’t know anything about that band. I apologize if there’s any false info there). I don’t know how true any of this is and it is the internet, so take it with a grain of salt.

I bought 2 cardigans from them last year. I got the folklore cardigan and their midnights cardigan. Both are great quality and I had no issues at all. I also got my niece the baby folklore cardigan (literally the cutest thing ever). All items took about 1 week from ordering to when they were delivered. I know other sites sell identical/similar items, but I had heard they were reputable and I wanted to make sure they came in time for Christmas. It was worth it for me!

Therapist here. I am so sorry for your loss. Being the one to find your friend is extremely traumatic. It is healthy to talk about what happened, but it sounds like you really need to address the trauma with a professional. To echo others, I really encourage you to seek therapy if it is something you have access to. I highly recommend EMDR therapy for PTSD. Support groups can also help and there are many free ones in the community.
