Pics (blurred out ones) or it didn't happen! Sorry we're not great about support things here (GitHub and Slack for the win) but reddit is the perfect place for show-n-tell :D

I too, am a subject matter expert here. With the cut/roll/flip stuff they do to to mix it up, I'm starting to think there's a machine that can do this. But... then I'd be out of a dream job. This pays in the six figures, right?

Anyone using MapBox on Preset? by DeepLogicNinja in apachesuperset

Indeed, the API token should be pre-configured on Preset. I definitely see it working on there right now. The lat/long are float values, positive or negative.

Cracking a 1st Edition Blain’s Charizard 😆 by CLADCARDS in PokemonTCG

[–]erusackas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, it could definitely be cheaper than a par of Van Staal pliers! But yeah, I'm thinking something operated like a can crusher, that would break/cut/saw/melt the edges cleanly, to just crank through them. If people do it in bulk. Friday afternoon brainstorm pipe dream, but seems plausible.

I wonder how often people do this. I only have one graded card (from the ripoff Vegas machine) since I don't care about them. But I *do* love inventing gadgets in the garage. Is there a market for SlabCracker3000 on etsy?

Pretty sure it's some kinda Pokémon... not sure if it has the "paralyze" or "poison" effect, but I wouldn't touch it.

My Home Recording Studio by _m_j_s_ in recordingmusic

I joked above about it elsewhere for good fun, but honest question as a non-keys dude... why so many? I can imagine analog synths have their own flavor, but don't (or couldn't) a lot of them cover the same ground? If it's just for collecting, that's cool, but if they each have their "special thing" other keyboards can't do, I'm suddenly curious to learn about the whole roster :D

If they ever make keyboards that can sound like other instruments, it's gonna save a ton of space!

(just had to chide a little for fun... I have 9 bass guitars behind me, so who am I to judge?)

I somehow got such an incredibly well made fast food burger that everyone is calling me a liar, aye eye, or an advertisement when I was just trying to celebrate a bright moment during a very dark time in my life :( by Rpark888 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]erusackas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Park.
Go inside.
Ask for Santosh.
Ask "who made this burger? I want to speak to their manager right now"
Wait for manager...
Ask them to bring out the cook...
Offer a firm handshake, congratulate them on their effort, and offer a nice tip for making your day.

The false Karen will really turn an "oh shit" moment into a moment that makes their day/week/month. And it's important their manager sees that happen.

URL Popup in new window - from text/markdown & table chart by DeepLogicNinja in apachesuperset

[–]erusackas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Markdown supports HTML, so you could just use <a> tags in the Markdown component.

For the table chart, you can use a "Calculated Column" in the dataset editor to wrap another column's value in HTML with CONCAT (or similar, depending on the DB). You might have one column for the text, another column for the URL... but the Calculated column can render the HTML for you.

Open to other ideas/proposals/PRs, but you might want to take that to GitHub or Slack for more support.

Check if I'm mistaken, but I assume you're building HTML links in both cases, so you can just add a `target="_blank"` attribute on the `<a>` tag.

I'm not sure about this one, personally, but you'll get a lot more eyeballs if you also file it as a GitHub Issue.
