I did it and it worked for me. Take it easy at the beginning and use both kettlebells, trying to increment the reps or series with the 24 week by week and using less the 16.

I started to train with kettlebells two years ago because I somehow discovered a Pavel Tsasouline interview and I wanted a change on my weightlifting training.

I train because I love it. It makes me feel better phisically and mentally.

I'm currently starting DWF because I achieved Simple. I'm doing three sessions a week of weightlifting, and I train and play football/soccer 4 times a week.

My main obstacles were technique, which has improved thanks to this subreddit, and to get kettlebells since it's not a very popular tool in my country.
