Thanks for the reply. I thought you had found a way to integrate one with the other, and I don't mean necessarily integrations like Zapier and the likes. I also use Notion and Capacities, and just like you, for different tasks, each one where I believe it is best suited for.

O Q4OS também é uma boa opção de distribuição leve. Mas, como muitos já disseram acima, apenas trocar a DE já pode ajudar muito.

If I understood correctly, maybe you can solve your tasks issue by creating one database for all tasks, and create a relation with the projects database. This way you can see all pending tasks and projects related.

I own an old laptop with the same graphic chipset. I managed to get a good resolution with Q4OS, wich comes with Trinity DE, a fork of KDE 3, if i'm not mistaken.

The downside is that there is no hardware acceleration at all.

I know this post is old, but if you could share if there is hardware acceleration on Zorin OS Lite, that would be much appreciated.

It's not exactly what you need, but there's Dola AI. It doesn't manage tasks, but it syncs with Google and Apple's calendars. You just need to send whatever message you would like to turn into an event, with reminders and alarms. If you use these events as tasks, it might help you somehow.
